Welcome to CANYON TRAILS CROSSINGS I located in the bustling city of Goodyear. Incorporated as a town in 1946, Goodyear was part of the 16,000 acres purchased in 1917 by the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company to grow the cotton needed by the company to make tires. In addition to tires, the Goodyear Aircraft Corporation was also home to the manufacturing facility for Goodyear Blimps.
Goodyear is a hub of development activity in the West Valley.
