Mueller

Mueller is centrally located in the heart of Austin just east of IH35 between Airport Boulevard and East 51st Street. When Austin's airport relocated in 1999, it left this 711 acre Mueller site vacant. Upon this project's completion, Mueller will house over 10,000 residents in Yard Houses (small lot single family residences), Row Houses, Mixed-use Shop Houses, Multi-unit Mueller Houses and mixed-use Apartment Houses. Standard Pacific proudly offers 8 plans within the Yard House sections, with prices starting from the $370,000s.

 

The Mueller community has a vast 140 acres of open space. It will offer 4 large parks in addition to neighborhood and pocket parks, the William Morris Golf Course, playfields, urban plazas and pedestrian and bicycle ways. There will also be an elementary school on site along with a joint-use recreation center. Other amenities will include regional retail including restaurants and cafes (647,500 square feet of retail space) and a Town Center.

At completion, Mueller will boast over 10,000 jobs contributing to urban vitality and prosperity with construction underway for two of its employers - the Dell Children's Hospital of Central Texas and Austin Film Studios.
