Driving Directions:
To the community: From Tampa area- Travel south on I-75 to exit #246. Turn left on County Road 672 (Big Bend Road). Turn left at US 41. The entrance will be approximately 2 miles on the right. Turn right into Mira Bay and stop at the Welcome Center on the left before going through the gate.
From the Bradenton area- Travel north on I-75 to Ruskin/SunCity exit #240. travel north on US 41 approximately 6 miles. Turn left into Mira Bay and stop at the Welcome Center on the left before going through the gate.
To the sales center in Panther Trace: Take I-75 to Boyette/Gibsonton, exit #250. Travel east on Boyette Rd. to US 301. Travel south on US 301 approximately 3 miles to Panther Trace. Turn left into Panther Trace, and travel about one mile. The entrance to the Villas of Cambray is on the right, across the street from the elementary school. Turn right at the stop sign, and the sales center is on the right.
