Just look at your new neighborhood.  Everything's right down the street, or an easy drive or Metro ride away.  And you have to admit, you're lovin' the convenience, the shopping sprees, the colorful city life.  You've already found your favorite gallery, with that local up-and-comer you've started collecting.

And when the cupboard's bare, you just zip across the street to Ralphs to stock up again.  Or when it's time to catch up on the hottest new international design pubs, you saunter down the road to the local newsstand that stocks all the very latest.  Yes, I guess you could say the Lake at Walnut style is custom made for the way you love to live.
