Realtor Relocation Reimbursement

Standard Pacific Homes will reimburse your third-party relocation company fees (up to 35% of our standard 3% commission) with required documentation! Ask our sales agents for details.
Commission
Standard Pacific Homes pays a 3% commission on the total sales price of our homes.
In order to qualify for this commission you must accompany your client on his/her first visit to our community.
