Our Design Studio is staffed with experts specifically trained to help you incorporate all the finishing touches that truly make your house your home. During your appointment, you will have the opportunity to select everything from your home’s flooring, counter tops, kitchen appliances and window coverings. How long will my appointment last?

In order to alleviate the pressure of time constraints that can lead to hasty decisions, be prepared to spend approximately 2-3 hours at our Design Studio. We also recommend leaving children at home so you can give full attention to the personalization of your new home.

Who should attend the appointment?

Your spouse or significant other should accompany you to our Design Studio. If you’re purchasing the home by yourself, feel free to bring along a friend or relative.

How can I best prepare myself to make these decisions?

Before your appointment, spend some time gathering photos from brochures, magazines, newspapers, etc. and take the time to mentaly walk through your home. Think about what accents would look best in each room and work with your lifestyle and your taste.

Do I have to decide on everything at once?

Absolutely not. While we consider your first appointment to be the optimum time to finalize your design choices, we understand that you want to make the right decision when you’re ready. Our staff will be happy to schedule a second appointment with you, keeping in mind certain predetermined construction cut off dates.

Remember, in order to best serve your needs, our Design Studio is available by appointment only. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated. If you can’t make your scheduled appointment, for whatever reason, please contact your Design Consultant to reschedule.
