Our Design Studio is staffed with experts specifically trained to help you incorporate all the finishing touches that truly make your house your home. During your appointment, you will have the opportunity to select everything from your home’s flooring, counter tops, kitchen appliances and window coverings. To make your personal Design Studio experience the most productive, consider the following frequently asked questions from other Standard Pacific buyers.

How long will my appointment last?
In order to alleviate the pressure of time constraints that can lead to hasty decisions, be prepared to spend approximately 2-3 hours at our Design Studio. We also recommend leaving children at home so you can give full attention to the personalization of your new home.
Who should attend the appointment?
Your spouse or significant other should accompany you to our Design Studio. If you’re purchasing the home by yourself, feel free to bring along a friend or relative.
How can I best prepare myself to make these decisions?
Before your appointment, spend some time gathering photos from brochures, magazines, newspapers, etc. and take the time to mentally walk through your home. Think about what accents would look best in each room and work with your lifestyle and your taste.
*A 50% non-refundable deposit could be required on Design Studio options if they exceed designated cap for community.

As soon as you enter, turn right to the lower parking lot.
Enter building through lower side entrance.
