How long will my appointment last?
In order to alleviate the pressure of time constraints that can lead to hasty decisions, be prepared to spend approximately 2 to 3 hours at our Design Studio. We also recommend leaving children at home so you can give full attention to the personalization of your new home.
Who should attend the appointment?
Your spouse or significant other should accompany you to our Design Studio. If you are purchasing the home by yourself, please, feel free to bring along a friend or relative.
What are the advantages of using the Design Studio to make my selections?
Our Design Studio staff is here to give their undivided attention to your home and your decorating goals. The many aspects of interior design are considered and coordinated in one convenient, personal consultation.
How can I best prepare myself to make these decisions?
Prior to your appointment, spend some time reviewing magazines for design ideas. Take the time to mentally walk through each room of your new home and think about what accents would suit your lifestyle and taste. Bring any pillow, wallpaper or fabric samples to the appointment to assist you in your selections.
Do I have to decide on everything at once?
We consider your first appointment to be the optimum time to finalize your design choices. We understand how important it is to make the right decisions. Our design consultants are professionals, who will assist you and provide guidance every step of the way. During the selection process, be aware that there are certain predetermined construction cut off dates. Also, in order to best serve your needs, our Design Studio is available by appointment only.
