As part of Standard Pacific Homes’ promise to involve the homeowner throughout the entire building process, Standard Pacific Homes’ Jacksonville Division offers its customers an exquisite Design Center located at 6950 Phillips Highway. In the Design Center, homebuyers can not only visualize, but can also feel the design components of their new homes. The Center features three kitchens, a bath, fireplace, consultation areas, and samples for full color design selection for the interior and exterior of each new home. Every room is modeled as an aid to homebuyers in their selection of cabinetry, flooring, lighting, appliances, countertop finishes, and plumbing fixtures. The Design Center is open by appointment Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
