How long will my appointment last?
In order to alleviate the pressure of time constraints that can lead to hasty decisions, be prepared to spend several hours at our Design Studio. We also recommend leaving children at home so you can give full attention to the personalization of your new home.
Who should attend the appointment?
Your spouse or significant other should accompany you to our Design Studio. If you’re purchasing the home by yourself, feel free to bring along a friend or relative to bounce different ideas off of.

Our Design Studio staff is here to give their undivided attention and full focus to your home and your decorating goals at every step of the way. Our private, personalized consultation gives you service and guidance that you deserve – something that we feel the large retail outlets cannot. Plus, our Design Studio was developed to serve as a convenient one-stop-shop for you to select everything you need, and not have to piece together your home with several trips to an outside shop.
How can I best prepare myself to make these decisions?
Spend some time gathering photos from brochures, magazines, newspapers, etc. and bring them to your appointment to communicate some of your ideas to your Design Studio expert. Also, take the time to mentally walk through each room of your new home and think about what accents you want for each, including lighting fixtures, fireplaces, ceiling fans, among others.
Do I have to decide on everything at once?
Absolutely not. While we consider your first appointment to be the optimum time to finalize your design choices, we understand that you want to make the right decision when you’re ready. Our staff will be happy to schedule a second appointment with you, keeping in mind certain predetermined construction cut off dates. Remember, in order to best serve your needs, our Design Studio is available by appointment only. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
