Position Title: On-Line Homes Consultant
Location: Raleigh
Reports to: Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Position Overview:
Responsible for updating and enhancing the Raleigh Division portion of the Standard Pacific Homes website. Assists sales representatives by following-up on sales leads that are generated on-line. Creates and maintains data bases related to potential homebuyers. Responsible for overseeing computer training and programs related to the Raleigh Division Sales team.
Duties will Include:
- Manage all pricing updates on SP website.
- Maintain updated community information on website.
- Respond to all on-line inquiries with intent to book appointment and go for a sale.
- Maintain all inventory updates on website.
- Respond to all inquiries generated from e-mail blasts.
- Maintain records and charts of e-mail blast effectiveness.
- Respond and track all inquiries generated from New Homes Guide, and all websites SP advertises on.
- Maintain all updates that tie to advertising of special promotions.
- Organize schedule of e-mail blasts one time each month to realtor community.
- Organize schedule of e-mail blasts one time each month per community.
- Generate follow-up program to all customers with 8x mailer to increase customer satisfaction scores.
- Generate follow-up mailers to all customers that visited communities.
- Maintain data base of all visitors and buyers per community for use in new community releases.
- Maintain new web site pages with staged releases to public for new communities coming on board.
- Update all current inventory pictures, model pictures and IPEX tours for use on- line.
- Develop non-customer attitude survey on-line to find out why people do not buy.
- Oversee computer conversion with sales contracts on-line.
- Conduct computer training classes for sales.
- Oversee option program on-line and necessary product updates.
- Provide links to Chamber of Commerce sites and all sites that SP is active with.
- Develop lists of e-mail customers from assorted sources to aid in traffic generation.
Candidates Will Need to Meet the Following Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in BeHomeWise preferred.
- Must be flexible to work extra hours as needed for urgent projects that may arise.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and proof reading skills.
- Must demonstrate good judgment in presentation and tact in a professional environment.
- Must possess at least 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Homebuilding experience preferred but not required.
