What types of individuals do we look for?

First off, you have to be passionate about what you do! We look for individuals who pursue everything they do with energy and drive, who thrive upon learning quickly when facing new challenges and seize opportunities that come their way exceeding expectations of others.

We look for those who are interpersonally savvy – relating well to all kinds of individuals (up, down and sideways) with whom they come into contact with, building great rapport and maintaining our excellent reputation.

You must be self-knowledgeable about your own strengths and weaknesses, and be personally committed to your own self-development and improvement.

Team members must be dedicated to meeting customer expectations and requirements (both internal and external customers), gaining trust and respect.

Our values are the glue that holds us together. Therefore, individuals who hold similar values are highly sought after. Values such as integrity, trust, respect, and simply "Doing the Right Thing" are among the few that are most important to us. As an individual or manager you must act in line with such values and lead by example.

For our management positions, we look for those who can effectively manage their business unit, the bottom line, and who are intuitive “people builders”; engaging in open and frequent communication with their teams, developing and coaching them to be the best they can be.

You must be comfortable and prefer working within a team environment. A sense of humor is a must – we like to have fun at work and humor is a huge factor, so you must be able to laugh at yourself and with others.
