Q: WHY DID YOU BEGIN YOUR HOME SEARCH AND HOW LONG DID YOU LOOK BEFORE YOU PURCHASED YOUR HOME WITH US?
A: We began our home search in Colorado because we had an opportunity to transfer with my husbands employer. We looked for about 6 months before buying a home.

Q: WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE SPH OVER OTHER BUILDERS?
A: The main thing was the location of the community, that was closely followed by great floor plans, options on the inside of the home and lastly the great customer service that we experienced from the Sales Counselors, specifically Al Garcia.

Q: TELL US ABOUT YOUR HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE?
A: This is the 3rd home we've purchased in the past 10 years and this transaction was by far the smoothest of them all. Al Garcia made the experience so easy for us. He was helpful and knowledgeable not only about the house we were buying but the community we were moving into. We were working with him out of state and we felt like he was our eyes and ears out here in CO. Many times I would call about questions and he was kind enough to give us his cell phone number and talk off hours to my husband and I. We could not have asked for better help.

Q: WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE FEATURE OF THE COMMUNITY?
A: The View is by far the best thing!

Q: TELL US SOMETHING THAT THE SPH TEAM DID TO DEMONSTRATE THEIR PASSION FOR EXCELLENCE.
A: We mainly worked with Al Garcia, on numerous ocassions Al went out of his way to answer questions or point us in the right directon of things that did not even relate to our new home. What stands out in my mind is on a late Sunday afternoon my husband and I were in our home state of California shopping for appliances at Sears. We were unsure wether our home had gas or electric washer or dryer hook ups and Al was kind enough to get the keys and go to our home to let us know. On another ocassion we were shopping for refridigators and could not remember the dimensions of the space provided for the appliance and again we called Al off hours and we went over to go measure for us. Al was one of the main reasons that we felt so comofortable buying a home 4 states away and the reason I beleive that this transaction went so sommothly. I hope if we ever have to relocate in the future that we have someone has compentant as Al to work with.
