VENTURA COUNTY, Calif. – For the second consecutive year, Standard Pacific Homes was ranked top builder in Ventura County, selling more new homes than any other county homebuilder in 2010. A compilation of statistics from the Ventura County edition of The Siracusa Company, a veteran real-estate industry watchdog providing regional quarterly audits of active new home tracts, revealed that Standard Pacific homes captured the largest percentage of total market sales, which amounted to a combined total of 84 new homes sold at Standard Pacific’s RiverPark collection and The Hideaway at The Beach in Port Hueneme.
